Order Processing

Once an order has been successfully placed, preparation and fulfillment will typically begin within 5 business days. After the package has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and local delivery services.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or other logistical circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation notice containing your tracking number will be sent to the contact details provided at checkout. You may use this tracking number on international parcel tracking platforms to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.


Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of $2.99 USD applies to eligible orders. In certain cases, shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier requirements, or special logistical arrangements.


Shipping Destinations

Shipping is available to most countries and regions worldwide. If delivery to a specific destination is not possible, you will be notified promptly, and possible solutions such as order adjustment or refund will be provided.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, the request must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day the order is placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.


Billing & Shipping Addresses

Orders may be shipped to an address different from the billing address. Please ensure that all delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.


Shipping Methods & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Products may be shipped from fulfillment centers in Hong Kong or international logistics partners depending on inventory availability.
