Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the preparation or shipping stage.
If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Return Requests
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as delivered
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.
Acceptable documents include an order confirmation email, payment receipt, or order number.
4. Return Authorization
Items should not be returned without prior authorization.
After your request is reviewed, detailed return instructions and the correct return address will be provided.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong item ordered or change of mind): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping costs will be covered.
6. Fee Policy
No restocking fees will be charged.
Shipping fees, where applicable, are charged only once and will not be applied again during the return or refund process.
7. Refund Review & Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing time: approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund method: refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
