1. How do I place an order?
Purchasing items is simple and can be completed in a few steps:

2. What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect?
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact support immediately.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photo of the received item (preferably under 1MB)
After verification, a replacement will usually be arranged at no additional cost. In most cases, returning the incorrect item is not required.
3. Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes (such as address or product modifications) must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and changes may not be possible.
